It is a Salmon & Shrimp Salad with an Orange Absinthe Verjus Vinaigrette!
This comes with Sherrie’s recommendation for Locust Lane Vineyards in Minnesota, who made the verjus among other quality grape goods like jams and jellies.
Verjus is unripe wine grapes that are pressed then bottled. When you are cooking, you can use it instead of using vinegar or lemon. It’s tart and delicious!
